Rapid Response Services was founded in 2011 in Mesa, Arizona, with a clear purpose: to be the contractor that actually understands how insurance claims work, not just the contractor who shows up after the adjuster has already been.
We saw homeowners getting shortchanged by the insurance process. Adjusters would miss damage. Contractors would accept whatever the insurer offered without advocating for the full scope of repairs. Homeowners were left to cover gaps out of pocket, for damage that should have been fully covered.
So we built a different kind of contracting company, one that documents damage the way adjusters think about it, communicates directly with carriers, and connects clients with licensed public adjuster partners when the claim needs professional advocacy.
More than a decade later, we're still doing exactly that, serving Arizona homeowners statewide, from our Mesa office, with the same commitment to getting every repair done right and every claim settled fairly.

Rapid Response Services and AwareOwner Public Adjusters are separate companies operating out of the same Mesa office.
