How Projects Are Paid

Direct-Pay or Insurance: Same Crew, Same Standard.

Many of our roofing projects are paid directly by the property owner, including roofs that have reached the end of their life. Flexible financing is available through Regions Bank. Other projects involve hail, wind, or monsoon damage where the owner has filed an insurance claim.

Either way, our job is the same: do the work right. On insurance projects, we perform the repairs and provide documentation of our work. The claim itself, and any decision about coverage, stays between you and your insurance company.

How It Works: Start to Finish

From the first call to the final walkthrough, you always know what we found, what we're doing, and why.

1

Call or Request a Free Inspection

Call 480-507-3440 any time of day or night. We'll schedule a free on-site inspection, often the same day, and look at the whole roof, not just the obvious problem.

2

Get a Clear, Written Estimate

We walk you through what we found with photos and a detailed written scope of work: what needs repair, what needs replacement, and why. If your roof only needs a repair, we'll tell you.

3

Our Licensed Crew Completes the Work

Our crews complete the job with premium materials and best-practice installation, then walk the finished work with you. Most residential roofing projects are completed in 1 to 3 days.

Common Questions About Roofing in Arizona

Have a question we didn't answer? Contact us, we're happy to help.

Do you replace roofs for homeowners paying directly?

Yes. Many of our roof replacements are direct-pay projects, including roofs that have reached the end of their life. We provide a free inspection and a detailed written estimate, and flexible financing is available through Regions Bank, including a 12-month same-as-cash option.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. Rapid Response Services handles roof repair and replacement for commercial properties across Arizona, including flat and low-slope roof systems. Call 480-507-3440 to schedule an inspection.

Can you repair roof damage that involves an insurance claim?

Yes. We perform repairs on projects that involve insurance and provide documentation of our work, including photos and a detailed written estimate. We are a contractor, not an adjuster: we don't negotiate claims or make any assurance about coverage. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance company under your policy.

What should I do right after a storm damages my roof?

If water is getting in, call us at 480-507-3440 for emergency tarping to prevent further damage. Take photos of the damage and keep any receipts. If you plan to file an insurance claim, contact your insurance company directly.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roofing projects are completed in 1 to 3 days once work begins. Tile roof underlayment replacement typically takes 3 to 7 days of active work, depending on roof size, tile condition, and weather.

Is Rapid Response licensed and insured in Arizona?

Yes. Rapid Response Services holds a KB-1 Dual Building Contractor License (ROC#275550) and is insured for the work we perform. We're happy to provide proof of our license and insurance before any work begins.
