24/7 Emergency Response Available
Some of our roofing and repair projects involve an insurance claim, usually after hail, wind, or monsoon damage. On those projects our role is the same as on any other: we're the contractor. We inspect, document our findings, and perform the repairs. Your claim stays between you and your insurance company.
We inspect your roof and any other affected areas at no cost, and photograph everything we find. If your roof is actively leaking, we can install emergency tarping to prevent further damage.
You get a detailed written estimate describing the damage we found and where it is, the work we recommend, and for roofs, the square footage of the repair or replacement area and whether we physically accessed the roof.
If you decide to file a claim, you work directly with your insurance company. Your insurer and your policy determine what is covered. With your permission, we can answer your insurer's questions about the damage we found and the work we performed.
After your insurance company has made its decision, our licensed crew completes the work to the same standard as every other project, and walks the finished job with you. If only part of the work is approved, or the claim is denied, whether to move forward is your decision.
Arizona law draws a clear line between the contractor who repairs a property and anyone who adjusts or negotiates an insurance claim. We stay on the contractor side of that line.
That keeps things simple for you. We focus on what we do best, inspecting and repairing roofs and the damage that comes with them, and we give you clear documentation of that work.
We'll inspect the damage, show you what we find, and give you a clear written estimate, whether you pay directly or file a claim.
